Solis MMC is currently recruiting Residential Support Workers – day and night staff for full time posts and casual relief at our residential centres in Co Louth.
The post holder will be required to work within a residential setting and provide young people with quality opportunities, experiences and social education, with the aim of contributing to their development and quality of life. Shift patterns for Day Staff comprise two 15 hour shifts plus one 10 hour shift weekly. Night Staff comprise four 10 hour shifts weekly.

also available with and timely Therapeutic Crisis Intervention debriefing as and when
