No. Training costs are always absorbed by the organisation, for both internal and external development programmes.
Yes. Regular supervision will be provided and professional development planning delegated as appropriate to ensure continued career progression. Access to staff care support services is also available with and timely Therapeutic Crisis Intervention debriefing as and when appropriate. Support from a range of management structures including HR and training departments is made available to all staff.
Yes. All Solis MMC employees are given access to our pension plan scheme which has an excellent employer contribution. The scheme is initiated upon completion of a probationary period.
