We have launched our 2018 nationwide graduate recruitment drive for residential support workers. The ‘Graduate Residential Support Worker’ (GRSW) posts are designed for graduates who have achieved relevant social care qualifications but have little to no experience of working with young people (13-17 years) in a residential setting.
